All Atlas Clinical treatment tables are covered by 12 months manufacturer's warranty. To keep your table in optimum working order and to maximise its working life we recommend a thorough service every 6 - 12 months which should be completed by one of our highly trained Atlas Clinical engineers (we do not subcontract any servicing to third parties).

During the service we will check and adjust all drops; replace damaged upholstery (to order); thoroughly clean the table; undertake general maintenance and inspect/repair/replace motors as appropriate.

Atlas Clinical can also upgrade some models during the service including our new forward motion headpiece for improved cervical recoil.

Atlas Clinical's specialist engineers can service and repair your equipment at your premises, with minimum disruption to your practice.

Alternatively it can be arranged for your table to be collected and delivered back to our workshops.

In the event of minor repairs it may be possible for the user to replace and fit a component without the need for an Atlas Clinical engineer. Replacement parts can be ordered with telephone support provided.

In some cases Atlas Clinical is able to service non-Atlas tables depending on previous experience and availability of parts.
