WARRANTY

All products (and parts thereof) manufactured by Atlas Clinical Ltd. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for its lifetime, provided that the product is regularly serviced by Atlas Clinical personnel, or a third-party engineer authorised by Atlas Clinical Ltd. The expected lifetime of the product is 15 years.

Motors and other electrical parts that are used in products manufactured by Atlas Clinical Ltd. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified by their original manufacturer, from the date of shipment (in the case of electric motors – one year).

The upholstered parts that are used in products manufactured by Atlas Clinical Ltd. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.

All products (and parts thereof) distributed by Atlas Clinical Ltd, but not manufactured by Atlas Clinical Ltd, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified by their manufacturer, from the date of shipment (in the case of Steens and M.R.M. products – two years).

All consumable products sold by Atlas Clinical Ltd. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery only.

Defective conditions caused by misuse, abuse, acts of God, accidents, abnormal use/stress, modifications, or any other matter unrelated to Atlas Clinical Ltd. and beyond its reasonable control are not covered by this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES of MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. In no event shall Atlas Clinical Ltd. be liable for loss of use, revenue, or profit, or for indirect/consequential damages.
