WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

There are a few different reasons why we collect your data:

If you contact us to enquire about a sale, then we will ask for your permission to take down your name/number/email so we can keep in contact with you about it.

We have to collect some data to fulfil a contract when you buy something.

We keep records of treatment tables and contact details for their owners in case of product recall.

We keep records of service history on tables, as having your treatment table serviced regularly is conditional to the warranty on our tables.

 

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you buy something from us, or you get in touch with us by email, over the phone, or on social media, we collect some of your personal information. This is usually name/address/number/email. We record table specifications, table service history and consumables purchase history. Our business software keeps a record of invoices and payments and everything related to your account with us.

Phone calls may be recorded.

 

WHAT DATA WE RECIEVE

We receive data about payments to us via the online payment portal SAGEPAY, and from our bank HSBC. We may receive your data from an overseas agent, if your original enquiry was addressed to them, but you are not from their geographical area.

 

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We work closely with some other companies and agents to deliver our products and services. We share basic contact information with our overseas agents if an enquiry falls within their geographical area. We share basic contact information with delivery companies and some of our suppliers to physically deliver our goods. We share commercial invoices with delivery companies and the customs officials in other countries when our products are delivered abroad.

 

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

In most cases, we keep your data for a minimum of 6 years. We keep information on table records and service history until the table has been destroyed/recycled or otherwise lost.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see the information we have about you. You can also ask us to change it, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to the way we use it by contacting us.

 

If you want to complain about how we've handled your data, please send either an email or letter to us. If you do that, we'll launch an investigation into your complaint.
